The agreement for using Baystack.
The service
Baystack provides shop websites, a booking assistant, an admin interface, and message delivery. Shops are responsible for the accuracy of the services, prices, hours, and policies they publish.
Bookings
Bookings made through a shop's site are requests until that shop confirms them. Baystack is not a party to the work performed.
Messaging
Shops may only message customers who have opted in. Opting in is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messaging, and no use of the platform to send content a shop's customers have not agreed to receive. Accounts that do so may be suspended.
Availability
We aim to keep Baystack running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
